**What You ll Do:**
+ Manage large, high dollar and multi-year classified and unclassified contracting programs for Department of War major systems, services and key subsystems/hardware components to achieve positive return/results.
+ Lead, motivate, mentor and train multi-functional contracting and acquisition teams to achieve high impact results/outcomes.
+ Act as primary Contracts Advisor to SMS Tactical Solutions (TS) and Ground Systems and Services (GSS) as the primary contract negotiation review and clearance authority.
+ Manage key supplier relationships.
+ Review and prepare Requests for Bid Authority (RBA).
+ Create, articulate and implement innovative contracting strategies.
+ Analyze and interpret complex contracting language, terms, and conditions to achieve favorable negotiation outcomes.
