Overview

As a member of the fast-paced Immunogenicity Sciences group, you will be involved in developing strategies to address scientific and regulatory priorities that should be integrated to understand and manage immunogenicity-related risks for the successful development of a diverse pipeline of biotherapeutics. This will involve evaluating immunogenicity data and assessing immunogenicity risk for T-cell engagers (TCE) and cell and gene therapy programs during preclinical and clinical phases and where applicable devising mitigation strategies. Working closely with multiple departments across Alexion and AstraZeneca in a matrixed environment, you will coordinate immunogenicity efforts to understand the impact of immunogenicity in non-clinical and clinical settings.
