In this role, you will:
Own on-time accurate generation of all current and committed Board and Management KRI metrics, including the reporting of these metrics into risk committees and regulatory routines.Drive continuous improvement of existing KRIs to improve efficiency, quality, granularity and usability of KRI metrics.Design and implement a new Data Lake to support more frequent and more granular metric development.Create new self-service drilldown capabilities for actional reporting.Develop new metrics in close partnership with Metric Owners.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in delivery practices, leveraging automation, data insights, and modern engineering principles.Establish governance practices that align with enterprise standards, address 2LOD challenge, and meet Board/regulatory expectations.Proactively identify and address risks, depend...
