Director - Institutional Derivatives

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Institutional Equity Derivatives to join our client's derivatives team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and expanding the Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI), Proprietary Trading (Prop), and Hedge Fund (HF) equity derivatives business . This position demands deep product knowledge, the ability to ideate and develop innovative trading strategies, and the capability to foster strong client relationships.

Client Engagement:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including FPIs, hedge funds, and proprietary trading desks.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to enhance trading performance.

Product Expertise:
