Job Description
To support the overall management of the Bank's internal digital communications channels and delivery of timely and compelling content to engage and inform employees.
Responsibilities
Manage global internal communications channels and content delivery to support our business priorities and the People & Culture strategy.
Partner closely with Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing (CABM) communications teams and Story Lab (CABM's global content team) to select, source, or adapt content for deployment through internal digital channels that engages and informs employees and aligns with Group employee content priorities.
Support the rollout of a new global digital employee communication platform by engaging users and other stakeholders, monitoring its performance and delivering content to drive adoption and ensure effectiveness of the channel.
