Our client, a well‑established M&A Advisory firm, is looking to hire a Director or Partner‑level professional to lead and further build its M&A advisory offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and run end‑to‑end M&A advisory mandates, from origination through execution and closing.
  • Act as deal captain on sell‑side and buy‑side processes, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive client origination and relationship management, working closely with senior leadership to grow revenues.
  • Oversee transaction strategy, structuring, negotiation support, and key decision points.
  • Provide senior oversight on financial analysis and materials, without being hands‑on execution‑focused.
  • Build, manage, and mentor the M&A team; set execution standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in M&A advisory within an investment bank or independent advisory.
  • Proven track record of leading M&A transactions and managing client relationships at senior level.
  • Experience operating at Director / Partner level with commercial and origination responsibility.
  • Strong transaction judgement and negotiation exposure; modelling expertise is a plus, not the core focus.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
