Role Overview
The Director – Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is responsible for planning, guiding, and monitoring quality assurance and quality enhancement processes across IILM University. The role focuses on institutionalizing a culture of continuous improvement in teaching-learning, research, governance, student outcomes, and administrative processes, in alignment with UGC and NAAC guidelines.
The Director (IQAC) will work closely with university leadership, Deans of Schools, faculty members, administrative units, and statutory bodies to ensure robust quality systems, evidence-based decision-making, and accreditation readiness.
Key Responsibilities
IQAC Leadership & Quality Frameworks
• Lead the functioning of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell in line with UGC and NAAC guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine institutional quality benchmarks, SOPs, and performance indicators.
