Purpose

As the Director - IT Infrastructure at LogixHealth, you will guide a talented team to design, implement, and manage scalable enterprise solutions that align with LogixHealth’s strategic goals. Duties and Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will play a key role in fostering innovation, operational excellence, and a culture centered on customer satisfaction. You will join a dynamic organization where your expertise will directly shape the future of our technology ecosystem.

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise IT to meet organizational objectives.
• Oversee and manage the global IT service desk, ensuring consistent, high-quality support across all regions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals dedicated to excellence.
• Drive operational success through measurable KPIs, SLAs, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business needs and ensure seamless delivery of IT.
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations efficiently.
• Champion new technologies, automation, and innovative solutions that enhance the IT service portfolio.
• Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and staff about service strategies and performance.

Bachelor’s degree and or Certifications in related fields preferred.

Experience

As an IT Director, you will bring both technical expertise and a strong ability to manage people and processes. Your approach should combine a deep understanding of IT infrastructure with a passion for service excellence.

1. 15+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-site operations.
2. Expertise in administering cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications such as Azure or AWS.
3. Strong command of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Entra, and SharePoint.
4. Experience using tools for MDM, SSO, email security, and privilege management.
5. Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
6. Familiarity with system monitoring best practices and information security standards.
7. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams and vendors.
9. Proven leadership in delivering 24x7 mission-critical IT support.
10. Understanding of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and ISO 27001.
