Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional with extensive expertise in Projects Solutions & Projects Business Model with experience in Enterprise Platforms (PLM) implementation.
You will be a key driver in enabling digital transformation, business partnering ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions, and fostering innovation across the projects business lifecycle.
**Deployment experience in large R&D initiatives in the area of PPM / PLM with experience in architecture, design, develop, and implement scalable Enterprise applications tailored to meet business needs.**
**· Define solution architecture, roadmaps, integration strategies, and best practices for large scale enterprise application**
**· Lead all phases of implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and deployment.**
**· Ensure seamless integration of PLM, PPM applications with and other enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, CPQ, ALM, Design / Product Configurators.**
**· Optimize existing enterprise platform for performance, scalability, and usability.**
**· Collaborate with business stakeholders in engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.**
**· Translate business objectives into technical designs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.**
**· Perform system health checks, audits, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.**
**· Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, mentoring junior architects and engineers on platform capabilities and best practices.**
**· Stay current with industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes.**
**15 years of experience in implementing and managing large enterprise engineering and project solutions platforms**
**· Proven experience managing large-scale SaaS platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including integrations and API management.**
**· Strong leadership in directing cross-functional IT teams, aligning technology with business goals, and managing vendor relationships and SLAs.**
**· Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies, with the ability to customize and scale project management tools for enterprise use**
**· Solid grasp of enterprise IT security, data privacy, and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)**
**· Skilled in Program Management, IT budgeting, forecasting, stakeholder communication, and driving digital transformation initiatives**
