We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Labor Relations Director to spearhead strategic initiatives for our South Division, covering all California ministries. In this role, you’ll shape labor relations strategy, support collective bargaining and contract administration, craft and implement positive employee relations plans, drive campaign strategy during union organizing efforts, and lead a high-performing team.
