Job Description

The Game Operations Director leads all live operations across two games: Big Fish Casino (BFC) and Jackpot Magic Slots (JMS). In this role, you will set the strategy, lead all aspects of execution, and drive performance across game events, monetization, content lifecycle programming, and player communications. This role partners across functions and teams to deliver a unified live-ops plan that delights our players. Balance short-term performance with long-term player experience and economy health.8 to 10 years experience in Live Operations, Product Management, or related fields in social casino, RMG, or free-to-play games. Proven ability to deliver live-ops performance at scale in top grossing or highly complex games. Strong analytical capability with experience using indicators to guide decisions and performance improvements.
