Director, Living Options

Overview

Job Goal: To develop, administer and direct all Living Options services and programs operated by the Association, through supervision of programs and staff, through coordination within the Adult services team, and through contact with related community, professional, and government agencies. The objective is to ensure that each individual supported can live in the least restrictive environment: an environment that will enhance the individual’s growth and ability to reach their full potential.

Performance Responsibilities

• To mentor, advise and consult with direct reports and others with their annual planning, budgeting, and operating plans. To promote growth and development of those involved in the planning.
