Director, M&A Controllership The Director, M&A Controllership, will lead and oversee all accounting aspects of global M&A transactions under IFRS, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process. This role will partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Business leadership teams to support strategic acquisitions and integrations. The position will be responsible for managing due diligence, acquisition accounting, intangible asset valuation, and the integration of acquired entities into our financial systems, while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and global standards. This role is also accountable for driving consistency in M&A accounting practices across the enterprise, providing guidance on complex IFRS requirements, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for all transactions.
