    Associate Director / Director - Medical Coding | Hyderabad | Medical and Nursing - US Healthcare



  • Oversee extensive medical coding operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional accuracy.


  • Recruit, nurture, and lead high-performing teams across diverse specialties, including IPDRG, ED, HCC, and more.


  • Champion strategic initiatives focused on automation, process optimization, and boosting coder efficiency.


  • Partner with clinical, quality, and training teams to create and execute a robust framework for continuous coder development.


  • Liaise with senior stakeholders and clients to uphold SLA commitments and consistently meet or exceed performance benchmarks.


  • Stay ahead of emerging industry trends, regulatory updates, and evolving coding standards to sustain operational leadership.

    Associate Director / Director - Medical Coding



  • Solid academic credentials, preferably a graduate or postgraduate from a reputed institution.


  • Certification such as Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent is preferred.


  • In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and DRG coding standards and guidelines.


  • Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and managing cross-functional initiatives.


  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
