Key Accountabilities:
Manage organization staffing and performance to achieve a high level of productivity and positive motivation.Provide timely resolution to technical problems to contribute to safe, reliable and cost - effective plant operation.Provide engineering recommendations and priorities important to the day-to-day operation of Perry Nuclear Power Plant.Control costs within approved budget limits.Review and approve activities affecting design and operation of structures, systems and components important to nuclear safety.Interface with State and Federal regulators to demonstrate continued safe operation of Perry Nuclear Power Plant.Coordinate/plan major scope work with teaming members (ex. OEM vendors) on Plant Systems.Review and prioritize the recommended Design Modifications effecting the safe and reliable operation of Vistra's Perry Nuclear Power Plant....
