JLL seeks a Senior Workplace Strategist / Occupancy Planner to support the programming and planning of 150,000-175,000 sq ft of new space in Bangalore. This engagement requires a Bangalore, India resource with expertise in workplace strategy and space planning.

Key Responsibilities

Project Initiation

  • Lead kick-off meetings with key stakeholders to establish project foundation
  • Provide project management oversight with weekly engagement status reports (ESRs)
  • Conduct regular project update meetings and coordinate with local Bangalore teams
  • Gather and analyze space and occupancy data for the new site
