Job Title: Director- Account Management

Role Summary

We are looking for a Director - Account Management at dentsu to lead a cluster of automotive accounts. This role requires strong expertise in client servicing, strategic planning, and integrated marketing , along with hands-on experience in managing large budgets, leading teams, and delivering high-quality, integrated campaigns across digital and mainline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client servicing for a cluster of accounts.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal agency teams.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective brand and campaign strategies.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital & mainline .
  • Plan and implement digital strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Own and manage large client budgets, commercial deliverables, and overall account profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and deliver campaigns aligned to client briefs.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination across all agency stakeholders.
  • Refine campaign details and proactively address client challenges.
  • Be accountable for account performance, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Lead and manage a team of client servicing professionals.

Experience & Skills

  • 5-6 years of experience in account management/client servicing within a leading advertising agency.
  • Proven experience across digital and mainline marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals , including influencer marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong client-service mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
