What You Bring
+ Active Architectural License with the ability to stamp drawings.
+ Experience with automotive dealership projects.
+ Strong Revit/AutoCAD and BIM skills.
+ Deep understanding of building codes, ADA, life safety, and permitting.
+ Passion for creating high-functioning, beautiful, customer-friendly spaces.
+ Ability to lead projects from concept to completion with cross-disciplinary teams.
Bonus Points
+ Experience with automotive dealership infrastructure, customer and service workflow design, and ground-up automotive construction.
+ Multi-state licensure (or willingness to obtain).
+ Familiarity with dealership brand standards (OEM CI guidelines).
