Director of Business Development

A Pharmaceuticals CDMO executing an accelerated growth agenda is seeking a Business Development Director to drive new client acquisition across its multi-site development and manufacturing network.

This is a true hunter role , focused winning new business - opening new innovator and specialty pharma accounts and leading opportunities across drug product development and manufacturing.

You will own the full commercial lifecycle - from first engagement through proposal development, negotiation and contract signature - working closely with technical, operational and project teams to shape compelling propositions, navigate complex bids, and ensure smooth tech transfer and onboarding.
