Director of Business Development – LATAM

Hudson Global Scholars is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to drive regional growth, own revenue targets, and expand strategic partnerships across Latin America. Ideal candidates are U.S.‑expats or internationally experienced leaders with deep LATAM market knowledge and a strong track record in education, EdTech, or digital learning solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute business development strategy across LATAM
  • Own regional revenue targets and pipeline growth
  • Build and manage key client, partner, and distributor relationships
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
  • Partner cross‑functionally to align growth initiatives with company goals
  • Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to executive leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in business development or sales leadership
  • Experience selling education programs or digital learning solutions in LATAM
  • U.S. expat or U.S.-educated professional preferred
  • Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese required
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
  • Experience working in cross-border, multicultural environments
