Job Description

The Director, Commissary Operations is responsible for the overall management and operational success of commissaries. This role involves strategic planning, developing operational policies, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining financial accountability and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The Operations Director will work closely with the commissary managers/heads to ensure that all commissaries operate efficiently and meet the organization’s standards and goals.

1. Strategic Planning and Development

  • Develop and implement long‑term strategies to improve efficiency, expand capacity and enhance product offerings.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for innovation and growth within commissary operations.
