Overview

Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected and community-focused Christian organization in Winnipeg to support their search for a Director of Outreach & Communications. You bring cultural humility and sensitivity, along with a strong alignment with the values and mission of a Christian faith-based organization. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Outreach & Communications will lead the development and execution of communication strategies across all platforms, ensuring that messaging reflects the organization’s mission, values, and vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the organization’s overall communications strategy, ensuring alignment with mission and values
• Oversee all internal and external communications, including media relations, digital platforms, newsletters, publications, and campaigns
• Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
