Job Description
This role will be responsible for overseeing corporate-wide management systems and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance of applicable policies, systems and programs, activities to verify compliance at all sites
- Lead team projects including new product introduction
- Provide oversight and direction to internal teams
- Direct standardization of applicable management tools and methods
- Establish corporate-wide programs to promote operational excellence, including improved quality, cost and delivery
- Monitor industry trends and develop a thorough understanding of applicable laws and industry standards
- Maintain related policies, manuals, procedures and documentation
- Develop and implement associated training
