Job Description

This role will be responsible for overseeing corporate-wide management systems and programs.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance of applicable policies, systems and programs, activities to verify compliance at all sites
  • Lead team projects including new product introduction
  • Provide oversight and direction to internal teams
  • Direct standardization of applicable management tools and methods
  • Establish corporate-wide programs to promote operational excellence, including improved quality, cost and delivery
  • Monitor industry trends and develop a thorough understanding of applicable laws and industry standards
  • Maintain related policies, manuals, procedures and documentation
  • Develop and implement associated training
