Work Model: Hybrid – On-site in Ahmedabad 1–2 days per Month
We are seeking an experienced Director of Data Engineering & Architecture to lead the design, scalability, and evolution of our enterprise data platform. This role is critical to ensuring our Snowflake-based architecture supports high-concurrency, customer-facing applications while being future-ready for AI/ML use cases.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on architectural leader (Player–Coach) with deep Snowflake and AWS expertise, proven team leadership, and experience operating at scale.

- Own and evolve Snowflake data architecture to support high-volume, high-concurrency workloads

- Ensure the platform is 'AI-ready' for advanced analytics and ML use cases
