Role Summary:
We are seeking a Director of Delivery and Operations to oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage the project lifecycle after sales handoff, lead cross-functional teams including onboarding, operations, support, and analytics, ensure client satisfaction and prevent churn, and track revenue retention.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in delivery and operations, experience in project management, preferably in FM tech, IoT, PropTech, or smart building systems.
