Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to increase website traffic, brand visibility, and lead generation.
  • Lead the SEO function, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building initiatives to drive organic search growth.
  • Oversee SEM/PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms to ensure optimal ROI and performance.
  • Perform high-level keyword research and content strategy development in collaboration with content and product teams.
  • Conduct in-depth SEO audits and guide technical teams on implementing improvements.
  • Monitor key metrics across platforms using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to report on campaign performance and trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with web developers, content creators, designers, and sales to ensure digital strategies are fully integrated.
  • Stay abreast of evolving digital trends, algorithm changes, and competitive strategies, adapting plans accordingly.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Present monthly reports to executive leadership on SEO, SEM, and overall digital marketing performance.
  • Guide the team in implementing emerging trends such as voice search optimization, mobile-first indexing, and AI-driven marketing tools.
