Director of Engineering

Key responsibilities Provides overall direction to the regional manufacturing engineering function by guiding and coaching engineering projects, setting priorities, delegating workload and developing policies and procedures consistent with the company’s standards. Identifies competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of a company. Develop manufacturing engineering and technical talent across region, driving value to the individual and the organization. From design conceptualization to mass production, the Director of Engineering and his team will work closely with the Sales and Product Development as well as factories to support process development. Oversees regional responsibilities related to tooling performance and qualification, automation initiatives, and key production assets.
