Director of Engineering

We are seeking a Director of Engineering with a strong technical background and strategic mindset to lead high-performing teams in the technology consulting space. This person will be responsible for both project delivery and account growth (farming) , acting as a trusted technical and business partner to national and international clients.

The role combines technical leadership, people management, and business development , being the owner of proposals and client relationships .

Key responsibilities

Lead the technical and operational strategy for assigned accounts, ensuring quality and business value in all deliveries.

Drive farming initiatives: identify new opportunities, craft innovative proposals, and foster sustainable account growth.

Supervise and coordinate teams of 40–60 professionals , including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
