• Lead and scale multiple engineering teams focused on machine learning model development, evaluation, and delivery, fostering high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
• Own the strategic planning and execution of model development and evaluation initiatives, ensuring alignment with product vision, customer impact, and company objectives.
