Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead multiple development teams responsible for building and maintaining mission-critical Financial Applications, including payments, billing, forecasting, financial workflows, and compliance-related functionality.

In this role, you will focus on delivery excellence, engineering execution, team leadership, and operational maturity. You will partner closely with the Director of Architecture, Product Owner(s), Security, Compliance, and other cross-functional leaders to ensure that financial applications are secure, scalable, and aligned with our enterprise architectural standards.
