The Director of Engineering will lead multiple development teams responsible for building and maintaining mission‑critical financial applications, including payments, billing, forecasting, financial workflows, and compliance‑related functionality.

In this role you will focus on delivery excellence, engineering execution, team leadership, and operational maturity. You will partner closely with the Director of Architecture, Product Owner(s), Security, Compliance, and other cross‑functional leaders to ensure that financial applications are secure, scalable, and aligned with our enterprise architectural standards.

The ideal candidate is a modern engineering leader with experience enabling teams through AI‑assisted coding, secure‑by‑design development practices, cloud‑native delivery, and continuous improvement.
