Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
+ Partner with the leadership teams to provide best-in-class agile solutions to employees.
+ Build strong relationships with key leaders to ensure HR services are aligned with the needs of the business
+ Implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes
+ Support management by providing HR advice, council, and decisions, analyzing workforce analytics and applications
+ Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s D egree and 10 plus years of related experience with 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education D egree with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Master’s Degree
