A mission-driven Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations in a collaborative, rural healthcare environment. Reporting directly to the CEO/CFO, this leader will drive organizational development, compliance, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives to support a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR Management, or equivalent experience
