Job Description

As the Director of Human Resources, you will be a key member of our property's executive committee, reporting directly to the General Manager with a functional reporting line to the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources. You'll bring a high level of HR generalist expertise to the property, taking accountability for talent acquisition, succession and workforce planning, performance management, and employee development. You'll work with considerable independence, leveraging technology and coaching others to drive business objectives efficiently. Your strategic focus will be on developing and executing a Human Resources Business Plan that aligns with property and brand strategies, ultimately enabling business success.
