Director of Interior Design

We are looking for a senior leader to drive enterprise-wide Interiors & Brand Standards , delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and future-ready spaces across corporate, healthcare, hospitality, or regulated environments.

This role is ideal for professionals who can lead healthcare interior design programs, set standards, and deliver high-quality, patient-centric hospital environments across international locations, including the US and other global markets

Location - Pune

Requirement -

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of interior design and brand standards across large, complex projects
• Drive vendor partnerships , including interior design consultants, furniture suppliers, and specialty vendors
• Partner closely with procurement teams to define sourcing models, optimize costs, and strengthen lifecycle asset strategies
• Influence procurement strategies for furniture, finishes, artwork, and interior systems with a focus on value, quality, and sustainability
• Oversee vendor performance, compliance, and contract effectiveness across multiple programs
• Ensure projects are delivered within cost, quality, and timeline parameters
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Facilities, Marketing, Procurement, Operations) for brand and design alignment
• Champion innovation, sustainability, and best practices from hospitality, retail, and workplace design

What We're Looking For:

• 12+ years of experience in interiors, architecture, facilities design, or large-scale project delivery
• International hospital designing experience is mandatory
• Strong exposure to vendor management, procurement collaboration, and commercial decision-making
• Experience working in regulated or complex environments (healthcare preferred)
• Proven leadership with the ability to influence enterprise-wide standards and stakeholders
