Director of Learning Design & Training Systems

At Coonerang we are developing our own learning model, academic systems and educational products, with the goal of creating a company that can grow without losing quality.

To make that possible, we are looking for a Director of Learning Design & Training Systems to join our Academic team and work side by side with our Academic Director and CEO in shaping how learning happens across the company.

This is not a role to “keep things running”. It is a role to build and improve the way education works inside Coonerang.

What you will be working on:

Your focus will be on turning our academic vision into a clear, solid and scalable system.

Together with the Academic Director and the CEO, you will:

• Develop and refine our teaching methodology
• Design how teachers are trained, supported and evaluated
• Improve consistency and quality across centres
• Align books, digital tools and assessments with what really happens in the classroom

The goal is simple: to make sure that learning at Coonerang works well today, and can work even better as we grow.

You may come from learning design, teacher training, academic management or educational product development — what matters most is that you know how to build and improve learning systems .

• Initial salary of 1,500 € -1900 € gross/month , with room to grow

Requirements:

• Experience in learning design, academic coordination, teacher training or similar
• A structured, organised and reliable way of working
• High level of English (native or near-native)
• Right to work in Spain
