• Oversee and direct the activities of multiple campaigns and their Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Staff.
• Manage and staff the assigned operations, including staffing, temporary coverage, and training.
• Maintain open communication lines between staff and senior management.
• Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to achieve objectives.
