Director of Operations

Operations Director – Pharma Manufacturing

Own end-to-end Production and Packaging at a fast-growing pharmaceutical site in expansion mode. This is a hands-on leadership role with real scale and complexity: new lines, automation, digitalisation, and preparation for increased FDA-regulated business.

You will lead multi-technology operations (sterile liquids, solids, high-containment), run a sizeable budget, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Projects to raise performance, modernise the site, and support long-term growth.

What we’re looking for

Senior pharma operations leader with strong shop-floor credibility

Sterile manufacturing experience ideal, but not essential

Proven track record in change management and scaling operations

Exposure to automation, digitalisation, or major site projects

Solid GMP background; FDA experience a strong advantage

Fluent Spanish and strong English

Based in Spain or deeply embedded in the Spanish pharma landscape
