Role overview

The Director of Operations is a senior leader responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing Muvr’s end‑to‑end operations. This role owns marketplace performance across supply, demand, customer experience, and unit economics, ensuring operational excellence as the company grows. You will translate strategy into execution, build scalable processes, and lead cross‑functional initiatives that drive efficiency, reliability, and profitability.
