Director of Operations – Location: Greater Vancouver (in-office with regular branch travel) | Reports to: President | Direct Reports: Branch Operations Leaders, Supply Chain

Compensation: $145,000–$165,000 base salary + performance bonus, vehicle allowance, benefits, and vacation
