Director of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

The Director of Rehabilitation Therapy is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight of all inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services in a Critical Access Hospital setting. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Director leads physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and related support services, and may provide direct patient care as needed.
