This strategic role demands a profound understanding of product innovation and AI technologies, with the ability to convert complex client challenges into persuasive proposals. Your responsibilities will include leading the creation of pioneering digital and AI-driven solutions, defining engagement frameworks, and taking charge of the pre-sales process for both AI and product strategy engagements. In addition, you will refine commercial offerings, manage the transition from sales to delivery, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have at least 15 years of experience in product management, AI/ML solution development, or technology consulting, alongside a strong background in pre-sales. Expertise across the AI/ML lifecycle is essential, as are outstanding problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with C-suite and technical stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, while candidates with advanced degrees or proven experience in scaling consulting solution capabilities will be given preference. The right candidate will possess a mix of consulting and industry experience, be skilled in speculative solutioning, and have a successful track record in defining fixed-bid engagements. Experience in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, or insurance will be a considerable advantage.
