Director of Product Design

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) | Location: Remote

·       Lead the offshore Portal Team in the design, build, testing, and deployment of MyHUB, ConserveHUB, and related product enhancements.

·       Ensure all products are developed according to defined timelines, quality standards, and integration requirements.

·       Manage day-to-day development activities including sprint planning, QA, and release management.

·       Provide regular progress updates and technical reporting to the COO and U.S.-based leadership team.

·       Oversee release readiness and post-deployment validation to maintain stability and performance.

·       Develop and document standardized delivery and support processes to ensure consistency across projects, including handoff checklists, QA sign-offs, and deployment runbooks.
