Director of Product Design

The Role
We’re seeking a Director of Design, Core Product to lead design strategy and execution across the platform. This role owns the user experience for our most complex and mission-critical product areas, including CRM, Conversations, Calendars, Forms & Surveys, Quizzes, Domains, QR Codes, Webinars, Media Storage, Social Ads, Funnel & Email Builders , and other foundational capabilities.
This is a senior leadership role for a design leader who thrives in complexity, understands systems-heavy SaaS products , and can scale intuitive experiences across a broad and deeply interconnected product surface area.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end design ownership for all core product features , including but not limited to:
- CRM and data-heavy workflows
- Conversations and omnichannel messaging experiences
