Industry Consumer Services Type Privately Held, VC-backed About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Director of Product Growth to drive the enhancement of key performance metrics through a robust A/B testing program. As a pivotal member of our team, you will shape the entire product growth strategy, overseeing roadmap development, test design, and performance assessment. This role requires close collaboration with product design, engineering, and data teams, as well as the ability to build and lead a lean growth team capable of executing numerous tests each year. Your primary focus will be on increasing new guest activations while also driving improvements in guest lifetime value (LTV) and supply-side metrics. You will be responsible for generating innovative product test ideas, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining a user-centric approach grounded in real user behavior. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in product growth strategies and A/B testing, particularly within mobile and web app experimentation. You should be strategic yet hands-on, demonstrating an ability to think like a product owner while being detail-oriented in execution. This role also requires a team-builder who excels at hiring and developing talent, and who thrives in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment.
