Job Description


What you will be doing: 

  • PDO Strategy & Build-out: Develop and execute a comprehensive build-out plan, including an execution roadmap with measurable ROI for all initiatives.+1

  • Governance & Standards: Define and implement project delivery methodologies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality management systems (QMS).+1

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee centralized tracking of project metrics, manage the Capital Management Plan (CMP) stage-gate process, and provide enterprise visibility into project health and risk.+2

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor a team of 5–6 direct reports, collaborate with Executive and Senior Leadership (ELT/SLT), and foster a project-based culture focused on continuous improvement.+3

  • Resource & Risk Management: Provide frameworks for effective resource planning and implement structured risk management to reduce contract claims.+2
