Role Description

:
The Director of Property Operations will lead the day-to-day management of Ross Ventures’ diverse real estate portfolio, ensuring all properties operate at the highest standards of safety, functionality, and tenant satisfaction. This role oversees building operations, facilities planning, preventative maintenance, capital project execution, and commercial leasing. You will take primary responsibility for operational performance, technical systems oversight, vendor and contractor management, and the implementation of systems that strengthen risk management and support long-term asset value.
