We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple business lines and geographies. The ideal leader has 18+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition (TA) experience, excels at high-volume and niche hiring, and can scale operations, optimize processes, and drive measurable outcomes (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and stakeholder experience). You will own recruitment strategy execution, build strong partnerships with senior business leaders, and manage a multi-disciplinary team (sourcing, scheduling, operations, and vendor/management) to deliver consistent hiring outcomes at speed and quality.
