Director of Retail Operations

The Director of Retail Operations is responsible for ensuring Fairgrounds delivers a consistently exceptional member and employee experience across all locations. This role owns people operations, on-site execution, and cross-functional alignment, acting as the bridge between HQ strategy and day-to-day club operations. The Director leads General Managers, supports site performance, and ensures teams, systems, and standards scale effectively as the business grows.

This Toronto-based role operates on a hybrid schedule, with three in-office days and two remote days per week. From time to time, evening or weekend work may be needed during new site openings.
