Job Description
**DIRECTOR OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERING**
We offer monthly payment in USD, full-time and it is **hybrid.**
We expect you to go to the office in Monterrey - Mexico twice a week.
- A strong history of hands-on technical experience and a history of guiding teams through complex technical challenges to successful outcomes especially as part of large-scale distributed systems serving millions of users
- familiar with at least some of small and medium business customers, especially local businesses; Ruby and Rails development; or, a history of building new engineering hubs from the ground up
- Demonstrated record of developing, coaching and managing engineers and Engineering Managers to build the whole organization
- 10+ years of experience managing engineers and 2+ years of experience managing Engineering Managers
- Technically enabled to perform code reviews.
